Job summary

E-ppl in Liverpool is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a specialist team for long-term contracts. You will work on latest EV technologies, including P/HEV and M/HEV systems, performing rework, diagnostics, and data logging to high standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and a recognised vehicle technician qualification, plus experience with advanced diagnostic equipment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, managed turnkey setup.

• Proven work experience as a technician and ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Resilience to work in confined spaces and independence to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong communication skills to thrive within a managed turn-key solution environment.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Vehicle Rework: fitting and stripping mechanical and body parts, including body panels.
• Precision Component Management: identify, access and replace damaged parts to standards.
• Technical Execution: read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams for complex projects.
• Diagnostics & Problem Solving: run diagnostics and fix electronic faults.
• Data Integrity: log repairs manually or digitally with detailed reports.
• Efficiency & Standards: complete tasks on schedule with manufacturer or local guidelines.

The Role: Vehicle Technician

• Efficiency & Standards:Performing all assigned tasks in a timely and economic manner, adhering to manufacturer or locally negotiated schedules.
