Vehicle Technician Required, in Liverpool

• Salary : Up to £52,500 OTE! (Basic up to £43,000, depending on qualifications and experience +plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme)
• Hours : 42 per week | Mon–Fri 7am–5pm | Alternate Saturdays 7am–1pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a well-established automotive service centre in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle health checks, conducting services, and performing repairs while working alongside a supportive team. The company offers excellent training opportunities, including manufacturer-accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training, to help accelerate your career.

Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician :

• Perform vehicle health checks using the latest technology
• Conduct vehicle services according to manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
• Complete additional repairs as authorised by customers
• Carry out warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Conduct road tests to ensure all faults are resolved
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Technician :

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Previous motor industry experience (brand or non‑brand)
• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Self‑motivated and able to work to the highest standards
• Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues
• Diagnostic, MOT, and EV experience is desirable but not essential
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
