Competitive Salary and Sign‑On Bonuses

Basic salary between £28,840 and £48,880, based on your experience.

• Over‑performance bonuses to reward your dedication
• £3,000 bonus in your first month
• £1,000 bonus on your 6‑month anniversary

Salary Packages Based on Your Experience

• Service and Maintenance Technicians: Up to £39,200
• Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Up to £41,500
• Senior Technicians: Up to £44,000
• Master Technicians: Up to £48,800, ongoing training with access to full manufacturer training, including EV Electrical training to stay ahead in the sector.
