Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• MOT licence (preferred but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to BMW manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Complete vehicle health checks and report findings to customers.
• Liaise with service advisors and workshop control for smooth workflow.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Support and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, maintaining safety and compliance.
