Job summary

An exciting Vehicle Technician role in Falkirk within a long-established dealership. You will service, maintain, diagnose, and repair vehicles to high standards, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will need NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and at least 2 years' experience, with tools in hand and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary up to £35,500 with £40k OTE and structured training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
• Strong diagnostic knowledge and skills.
• MOT Tester licence desirable but not essential.
• Ownership of your own tools and toolbox.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently

Salary: Up to £35,500 Basic Salary OTE £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Saturday 1 in 3, 8:30am - 12:30pm

THE ROLE

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards while ensuring every vehicle is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer requirements.

ABOUT YOU

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential)
• At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
• Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
• Ownership of your own tools and toolbox
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
• The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
