Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience in the motor industry is essential.
• Full and valid UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with diagnostics is necessary.
• MOT tester certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle health checks.
• Conduct vehicle services.
• Complete repairs as authorized by customers.
• Perform warranty repairs.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs.

Vehicle Technician - Crewe

• Crewe Main Dealer
• Salary up to £38,000 - depending on experience and skill level
• Plus Bonus : OTE of £42K
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, plus 1-in-4 Saturdays on Rota

My client who is a well-established main dealer in Crewe is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to come and join their friendly inclusive team. This is a great opportunity with a fantastic franchise.

Duties of this Vehicle Technician Role

• Carrying out vehicle health checks
• Conducting vehicle services
• Carrying out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
• Warranty repairs
• Taking the customers vehicle out on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Essential Skills for this Vehicle Technician Role

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Motor industry experience
• A full and valid UK driving licence
• Diagnostic Experience
• MOT tester is preferable
• Brand experience
