Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time, and with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all work completed.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and service advisors to ensure excellent communication and workflow.
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety standards.

About You

• A Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership or high-quality independent workshop.
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills, with a methodical and accurate approach to work.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a desire to meet and exceed targets.
• A full UK driving licence.
