Job summary

Autotech Recruit Ltd is seeking a capable Vehicle Technician for a premium franchised dealership in Buckinghamshire. You will service, maintain, diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers modern facilities and diagnostic equipment, with training and clear career progression in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong technical and diagnostic ability.
• Experience in a franchised dealer environment preferred.
• Experience with digital workshop systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Positive attitude and passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Complete work in line with manufacturer and company standards.
• Ensure all job cards and workshop systems are completed accurately.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area.
• Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a successful and forward-thinking franchised dealership. Working within a modern workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Salary & Benefits

• Level 3 Technician: £32,000 basic, OTE £41,000
• Level 3 Technician with MOT: £33,000 basic, OTE £42,000
• Brand Certified Technician: £34,000 – £35,000 basic, OTE £43,000 – £44,000
• Higher earning potential available for experienced Diagnostic and Senior Technicians
