Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd client is seeking a Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper in Wolverhampton to join a leading body shop team. You will efficiently prepare, spray and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and high standards.

Working Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week with no weekend work. The role offers a basic salary up to £45,000 with an OTE up to £55,000, along with a range of benefits including pension, cycle to work, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• ATA or Level 3 qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in spray painting.
• Good colour matching and finish accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and sanding.
• Spray and finish vehicles to required standards.
• Ensure colour matching and quality finish.
• Maintain clean and safe workstation and use PPE.
• Attend training and stay updated on products.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
