• Take Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading while attending to customer requirements.
• Meet and greet service customers, identifying their service needs.
• Update customers with technical issues.
• Address complaints effectively.
• Seize opportunities for up selling products.

Skills

Experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor

Knowledge of DMS Systems (Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle)

Customer focus

Ability to thrive in a busy service department
