Job description

We are looking for a Vehicle MET Technician to join our Accident Repair Centre in Bognor Regis. You will be responsible for carefully restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring top‑quality results that align with our insurers' high standards. Responsibilities

• Proven experience in replacing mechanical parts in vehicles.
• Confident in stripping and refitting all components of a vehicle.
• Proficient in using correct repair methods for EV and ADAS vehicles.
• Self‑assess completed tasks to ensure proper fitment and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Regularly check all tools to ensure they are fit for purpose.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MET technician in an automotive repair environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair.
• Strong understanding of ADAS systems.
• Knowledgeable in Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
• Attentive and meticulous when handling mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within set timeframes and to a high standard.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage high volumes of work.
