Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic + £20,000 commission potential (OTE £65,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00 (paid as overtime at 1.5x)

What You'll Do:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Lexus manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults accurately using the latest diagnostic tools
• Complete vehicle health checks and MOT preparations (MOT licence preferred)
• Achieve and maintain workshop efficiency targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Liaise closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and exceptional customer service
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand requirements
• Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds customer expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic within a main dealer or large independent garage

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a 12-person technician team
