Overview

Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic

Location: Toyota Enfield

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic + £20,000 commission potential (OTE up to £65,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch); 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00 (paid as overtime at 1.5x)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and resolve faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Complete vehicle health checks and record findings accurately
• Prepare vehicles for MOT tests and carry out repairs where required
• Achieve workshop efficiency targets (100%+ efficiency expected)
• Work closely with service advisors to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and brand requirements
• Contribute to the success of a team of 10 experienced technicians
