The Opportunity

Join our fantastic Bulk team at Veolia ANZ as a Vehicle Logistics Officer (VLO).

Based in Welshpool but when required covering Bibra Lake and Gnangara.

In this rewarding permanent, full-time position, you'll support our Bulk Systems (Hooks & Skips) team. This is a varied role that includes routing allocations, queries, drivers admin support, reports and other admin duties. Working alongside our Operations Manager and our warm, welcoming team, you'll play an essential role in keeping our services running like clockwork. What you'll be responsible for

  • Coordinating bin collections to maximise route efficiency
  • Administration including managing driver hours, billing reporting duties across the site
  • Problem solve by responding to customer issues that are of immediate operational concern with a solutions focus
  • Respond to any operational queries raised by the Customer Services Team/Sales Team and/or customer
  • Attend daily end of driver shift meetings, capture any incidents or issues
  • Run the monthly safety toolbox
