Responsibilities

  • Efficiently carry out retail invoicing for RTC Tipton's customers.
  • Understand Warranty and National contract procedures.
  • Create pro formas to obtain order numbers before invoicing.
  • Advise Depot Manager of any cost rejections.
  • Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) reports for clearance.
  • Ensure clarity in all invoice queries.
