Job summary

E3 Recruitment is looking for an Assembly Fitter to join a growing manufacturer specialising in vehicle conversions and interiors. You’ll work in a clean, modern workshop with long-term career prospects and a permanent position after probation.

The role involves assembling shelving and flooring kits, following drawings, and using hand and power tools safely. A hands-on, practical background in joinery, coach building, mechanical fitting, or similar trades is ideal.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with joinery, vehicle fitting or assembly environments.
• Comfort with following drawings or instructions and quality standards.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work on a vehicle conversion assembly line in a modern, safe facility.
• Fit shelving and flooring kits into vans interiors.
• Follow basic drawings and work instructions to assemble components.
• Use hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
