Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician or Automotive Mechanic looking for a fresh challenge in the Midlands? We're recruiting across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Coventry for permanent roles with main dealer groups and independent garages — all offering great pay, modern workshops, and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Performing diagnostic checks and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining clear job cards and service records
• Working within a professional, supportive motor trade workshop environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician / NVQ / IMI qualified or equivalent
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Reliable, detail‑focused, and able to work well in a team
• MOT Tester licence preferred but not essential

• Base salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience, diagnostics ability, brand credentials)
• OTE/bonus opportunity: up to £45,000+ for high performers or those with advanced diagnostics/EV experience
