You will inspect damaged vehicles, assess repair costs, liaise with insurers and customers, and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a bodyshop environment.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of damaged vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess damage extent and estimate repair costs and durations.
• Liaise with insurance companies and customers to streamline repair processes.
• Ensure all work meets high technical and quality standards.
• Document assessments thoroughly and keep records up to date.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and repair techniques.
