• Previous experience in vehicle repair assessment or similar role.
• Knowledge of Thatcham repair methods, Audatex systems and ATA qualification preferred.
• Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage in line with site guidelines to meet volume targets.
• Identify fast-track repairs and ensure accurate parts ordering.
• Review repair methodologies to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with policyholders and engineering teams on repair feasibility.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Achieve and embed standard methodologies and lean activities.
