Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

We are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading independent accident repair groups to recruit experienced Vehicle Collection and Delivery drivers.

Working for an accident repair centre - Collecting and Delivering vehicles to customers whilst delivering excellent customer service

Previous experience is essential.

Permanent Position, Monday to Friday 40 Hours

The Role: Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

As a Customer Service Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting damaged vehicles from customers' homes or workplaces and delivering them to the repair centre.
• Checking cars in / out with customers, taking videos and images, completing paperwork and general vehicle movements on site when required.
• Returning repaired vehicles to customers once work is completed.
• Providing a professional, friendly, and reassuring service to every customer, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.
• Ensuring accuracy when taking images of the vehicles and recording damage prior to collecting the vehicle.
• Taking images of the vehicle upon receipt, and getting it signed off with the customer.
• Conducting basic vehicle checks prior to collection and delivery.
• Completing all required paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.

Vehicle collection & Recovery Driver Experience Required

• Clean Licence required
• Customer-facing experience
• Ideally worked for a repair centre in a similar role
• Excellent customer service
