Job summary

GTS Group Ltd is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair on-vehicle CCTV, telematics, and electrical systems across a regional patch in Ireland. The role offers hands-on work, autonomy, and exposure to modern vehicle technology, with a focus on safety and security systems.

You'll work on vehicle-based CCTV, driver assistance systems, and electrical diagnostics, with full driving licence and flexibility for night work and travel.

Qualifications

• Auto Electrician / Vehicle Electrics experience preferred.
• Background in CCTV or Security Systems engineering advantageous.
• Telematics / Fleet technology knowledge desirable.
• Electrical or Electronic Engineering background supportive.

Responsibilities

• Install vehicle CCTV and driver assistance systems.
• Diagnose faults and service vehicle electrical systems.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Provide on-site support for fleet and transport customers.
• Complete job reports and liaise with internal teams.
