Job summary

BCT Resourcing is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join a brand new workshop. This role focuses on in-house damage assessment with no insurance or customer-facing duties, offering a cleaner, more streamlined work environment.

You will accurately assess damage, prepare computerised and manual estimates, and work with technicians to ensure efficient repairs, while maintaining precise records and clear costs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser.
• Strong understanding of modern repair methods.
• Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods.
• Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates.
• Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined.
