Job summary

VODA is seeking a Grant Holder Support Officer to work with VCSE organisations in North Tyneside funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. You will manage a caseload, providing practical one-to-one support to strengthen governance, financial management, policies, monitoring and evaluation, and manage risk to achieve grant outcomes.

This new role sits within a two-year pilot across Tyne and Wear and County Durham.

Qualifications

• Experience in the VCSE sector or providing advice and guidance.
• Ability to build relationships and help organisations become stronger and more sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of VCSE organisations funded by or seeking funding from the National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF).
• Provide practical one-to-one support to strengthen governance, financial management, policies, monitoring and evaluation, manage risk and achieve grant outcomes.
• Work through an organisational health check process to identify needs and help organisations develop.
