Ethos is seeking an experienced pitch deck designer to help startups prepare for fundraising. You will craft investor-focused decks, refine AI-generated presentations, and build core slides from seed to Series‑C stages.

We require 4+ years of experience closing rounds, expert PowerPoint skills, and meticulous written communication. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building investor pitch decks, with rounds closed off your materials.
• Deep understanding of what VCs look for slide by slide.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare startups for fundraising by crafting investor-focused slide decks.
• Collaborate on seed-to-Series-C narratives, traction, market sizing and financial slides.
