Job summary

Fabric Ventures is seeking a VC Principal in London to drive deal origination, financial analysis, and investment execution within the Web3 and digital assets space. You will model investments, lead due diligence, and manage portfolio interactions.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in venture capital or private equity, with proven ability to mentor junior team members and participate in board-level discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deal origination in a VC or PE environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and evaluation of Web3 and digital asset investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuations, and investment theses for potential investments.
• Coordinate market due diligence, term sheet drafting, and negotiation support.
• Monitor portfolio performance and engage with portfolio companies' leadership.
