This position is ideal for an experienced VAT Director, or a strong Senior Manager ready to step up, who thrives in a collaborative, fast growth environment and enjoys making a tangible impact as part of a close-knit leadership team.

The opportunity

The incoming Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth, helping to refine the team's structure, develop new specialisms, and ensure the highest standards of client delivery across complex Financial Services VAT mandates. You will lead engagements across the sector with a focus on leadership, technical delivery, and client relationship management.
