• 8+ years of VAT/indirect tax experience, ideally in professional services.
• CTA qualified or equivalent experience in VAT practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of VAT and indirect tax, including International Trade.
• Ability to explain complex VAT matters clearly and commercially.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and leading teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight of all VAT advice across the region and contribute to national VAT initiatives
• Lead and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted VAT advisor
• Deliver high-quality, pragmatic VAT advice across a broad range of industries
• Lead, mentor, and develop the VAT team, ensuring high standards and progression
• Drive cross-service line collaboration and revenue growth across VAT and indirect tax services

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ experience specialising in VAT / indirect tax, ideally within a professional services environment
• CTA qualified or equivalent experience gained within an established VAT practice
• Strong technical knowledge of VAT and the wider indirect tax landscape, including International Trade
• Ability to explain complex VAT matters clearly and commercially
• Proven track record of developing long-term client relationships and leading teams
