Reports to: Team Leader - Cloud Number Market Development team

What you’ll do

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Head of VBI Carrier VAS Commercial Development in shaping and executing the commercial strategy and high‑level requirements for the VAS strategic roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders, including Local Markets, partner markets, and third‑party suppliers to deliver elements of the Portfolio plan.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Build and develop customer pricing and commercial propositions for all VBI customers for Cloud Numbers, A2P and P2A and other VAS products.
  • Create pricing bundles across VAS services that provide VBI with a competitive advantage and a compelling customer offer.
  • Own the governance process for new propositions taking such offers to EDRA for approval.
  • Act as the Commercial SPOC for contract negotiations with both customers and suppliers.
  • As new capabilities / geographies are launched, integrate them into the VAS commercial propositions and pricing.
  • Act as an escalation for sales, billing, supplier and customers on all questions / queries that come from them regarding the VBI offering and help these functional to deliver the set objective.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
  • Minimum of 8‑10 years in Commercial and/or Pricing roles with solid understanding of business P&L, supplier negotiations, commercial operating model, price modelling and large multi‑product deal support.
  • Demonstrated experience in the end‑to‑end development and launch of customer propositions, commercial operation and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a team player with excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Highly developed problem solving and critical thinking skills, with a pragmatic approach to ensure the job is done. Comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Solid experience with Contract negotiations and the legal frameworks used to conduct business.
