Job summary

A leading fleet maintenance company in the Milton Keynes area is looking for an LCV Technician / Van Technician. The role includes servicing and repairing light commercial vehicles, preparing for MOT, and conducting inspections. Salary is up to £40,000 OTE with Monday to Friday working hours. Qualifications require NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a valid driving licence.

• Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician.
• Experience working in an LCV Workshop is required.
• Knowledge of current repair methods is essential.
• A valid Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Light Commercial Vehicles efficiently.
• Conduct general servicing and repair vehicle defects.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and perform repair work.
• Inspect vehicles and complete associated paperwork.

Skills

Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

LCV Technician / Van Technician required in the Milton Keynes area.

Basic Salary from £36,000. OTE £40,000+ (hours sold).

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. No weekends. Overtime available. Birthday off. Private Healthcare.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading fleet maintenance company specialising in servicing a diverse range of clients, predominantly in the utility sector, flexible hire companies, and leasing industries, and they are looking for a LCV Technician / Van Technician.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Light Commercial Vehicles in an efficient manner, ensuring work is fixed to the high standards dictated by the client.
• General Servicing
• Repair of Vehicle Defects
• MOT preparation and repair work
• Vehicle Inspection
• Completion of associated paperwork

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
• Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
• Up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
• Driving Licence is Essential

Salary and hours

The salary for this LCV Technician / Van Technician position is £40,000 OTE. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with no weekends.
