Renault Bristol LCV Pro+

is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our van sales operation. Focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience together with driving new and used van sales performance. Ensuring that optimum stock of vans on premises and/or on order and maintain cost control to budget within the department

What you ll bring

• Experience in high volume sales at a main dealer
• Preferred but not essential light commercial vehicle product knowledge including weight distribution and vehicle conversions
• Previous management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Determination to succeed and professionalism
• FCA / SAF accreditation
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence

Working pattern

You ll be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis (time off in lieu)
