Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
  • Maintain up-to‑date service records via a PDA‑based maintenance system.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site‑specific protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
Candidate Requirements
  • City & Guilds Qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
  • Mechanical bias, with basic electrical.
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
