Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative for their client based in Stafford.

Job Role:

Your main duties in this position will include preparing printing machines for dispatch from the warehouse to customers across the UK. You will also be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing previously owned machines for second-hand use.

Additionally, you will perform deliveries using a company vehicle, which may involve transporting bundles of consumables for various machine models or larger office printers and photocopiers to customer sites. You may also be tasked with collecting machines at the end of their contracts and returning them to the warehouse for disposal or refurbishment.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of safe workplace practices and health and safety awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Experience in software installation or willingness to learn the necessary skills.
• Delivery driving experience is desirable.

• Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm (30-minute lunch), no weekends
