Job summary

Dawsongroup PLC is seeking a Van Driver/Valet to join our busy branch team. You will deliver and collect vehicles, inspect them for damage and ensure readiness for hire, while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.

You will perform vehicle cleaning, minor repairs and yard tasks, complete electronic records and report concerns to the Branch Manager. Full training is provided and a supportive, safety-focused work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Good attention to detail when checking vehicle condition and presentation.
• Willingness to learn with full training provided across the role.
• Ability to follow Health and Safety policies consistently.
• Reliable approach to completing daily targets and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting vehicles from customer sites, locations and nearby branches.
• Inspecting vehicles on collection and return, checking for damage and readiness for hire.
• Cleaning vehicles inside and out to the company standard.
• Carrying out minor repairs and yard maintenance.
• Completing electronic documentation and reporting major concerns to the Branch Manager.
