DHL eCommerce is recruiting motivated van drivers for the upcoming peak period. Whether you have a suitable van or access to one, you can start in October. The role offers consistent work, competitive pay, and potential additional earnings during the busiest weeks.

You'll work daytime deliveries on fixed routes, 5 or 6 days per week, with pay based on a stop-rate model. Benefits include occasional peak bonuses and fast access to income via the Driver app.

What You’ll Need

• A valid UK driving licence.
• A reliable long-wheelbase van is beneficial but not essential at the point of application — we can explain your options to help you get on the road.
• The right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Your Pay Explained

Your Pay Explained£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 – 100 stops.Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week.Peak is coming — don’t miss out. Start in October to access the £1,000 Peak Bonus and get your new starter rewards before Christmas.Please note: Muti Drop delivery routes require a suitable van, if you don’t currently have one, but are comfortable driving a large van we encourage you to apply and we’ll explain the options available.*Bonus and new starter payments are subject to eligibility criteria and other local terms and conditions.
