Job summary

Catering is seeking a Van Driver in Newbury to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will perform multi-drop deliveries, handle equipment changes on site, and maintain van readiness.

A valid UK driving licence and ability to lift heavy items are required, with responsibilities that include verifying deliveries and supporting customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Must be aged 25+ due to insurance purposes
• Comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently with customers

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop delivery of orders and machine changes
• Load van daily; check deliveries against delivery notes (pick/pack if required)
• Deliver heavy stock
• Complete equipment changes across customer sites
• Keep van stocked with parts/accessories; ensure van servicing is up to date
• Plan efficient routes to maximise jobs safely with minimal call-backs
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Pass relevant customer feedback back to the office
