DHL eCommerce is seeking motivated drivers in the UK to join our autumn expansion. Whether you have a suitable van or not, you can join our growing parcel network with strong pay, consistent routes, and the chance to work with a leading logistics provider.

We offer long wheelbase van options, flexible 5- or 6-day work, and starter bonuses. Typical shifts are around 9 hours across 5 or 6 days, delivering 80–100 stops to build steady earnings and community connections.

Whether you already have a suitable van or not, now is the perfect time to get on the road as we head into the busy autumn season. Your Pay Explained

£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 – 100 stops. Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week.

What You’ll Need

Access to a reliable long wheelbase van is beneficial, but not essential at the point of application.

• A Valid UK driving licence
• Multi-drop delivery experience (helpful but not essential)
• Positive attitude and great customer service skills

Please note: Muti Drop delivery routes require a suitable van, if you don’t currently have one, but are comfortable driving a large van.
