Job description

Overview

Exterior Installation Team Member / Landscape type Horticulture. Temporary team landscape installation role for roof top gardens, small gardens, general landscaping, plant installation, and van driving.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and handling materials such as aggregates, pots, and plants
• Planting, forestry work, exotic horticulture
• Decking, benches, and related site installations
• General on-site duties and teamwork with installation crew
• Provide services to high-end hotels and other key businesses in and around London and the Home Counties
• Team van driving to and from client premises and various on-site roles

Working Pattern

• Basic 42.5 hours per week (8.5-hour days) with some overtime possibilities at 1.25x
• Flexible shifts: five days over six if a day off is needed in the week
• Standard 8.5-hour day with a mix of driving, outside support, and on-site work
• Occasional additional paid night work and weekends (by arrangement with Team Manager)
• Variable early starts and finish times to accommodate client schedules

Location & Start

Site Head Office Start location near Takeley, Henham, Elsenham, Stansted, Saffron Walden, Braintree, Great Dunmow, Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Harlow and surrounding areas. Own transport is preferred initially.

Start Date

Starts ASAP Autumn 2025. A temp-to-perm fast-track start may be offered.
