Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Van Driver to join our growing team, delivering goods - including furniture and other heavy items - across the UK. The role involves multi-drop deliveries, ranging from 7 to 20 drops per day, and requires someone who is physically fit, reliable, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a company van to deliver furniture and other goods across the UK

Load and unload heavy items (including sofas, beds, wardrobes, etc.) safely and efficiently

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet time schedules

Handle goods with care and ensure they are delivered in excellent condition

Complete all delivery paperwork accurately

Deliver excellent customer service at every drop

Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues

Comply with all road safety regulations and company procedures

Load the van with deliveries in preparation for the next day's run

Requirements:

Must be 25 years old or over

(for insurance purposes)

Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points

Previous van driving experience preferred - experience with heavy lifting or furniture delivery is a strong advantage

Good understanding of UK roads and motorways

Must be able to use manual transmission

Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy items safely

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Working Hours:

Vary depending on routes - early starts required between 4am to 6pm

Full-time role with potential weekend work
