Job summary

Alloga at the South Normanton distribution centre in Derbyshire is seeking a reliable Van Driver. You will deliver goods to UK destinations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain vehicle safety and paperwork accuracy.

The role includes a 48-hour week, a Monday–Friday schedule with a 0600–1200 start window, occasional weekend shifts, and potential one-week away assignments. High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related field.
• Certification in forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver with Care: Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
• Drive Safely: Follow all traffic rules and keep our vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate Effectively: Stay in touch with our transport office about your route and any issues that arise.
