Job summary

Pertemps Maidstone is currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver for our client based in Maidstone. This is a temp to perm opportunity for a reliable multi-drop delivery driver looking for long-term work.

The role offers £14.00 per hour (PAYE via Pertemps) with overtime after 48 hours at 1.3x. Typical duties include 10–30 drops per day, driving a long wheel base van, and returning to the depot for breaks before continuing deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Van Driver / 3.5t Delivery Driver.
• Proven experience driving a long wheel base van (LWB Van Driver essential).
• Full UK driving licence (no major endorsements).
• Strong route planning and time management skills.
• Be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Completing 10–30 drops per day.

3.5T Van Delivery Driver (LWB Van Driver) – Temp to Perm – Maidstone – £14ph + Overtime

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driverfor our client based in Maidstone. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity for a reliable Multi Drop Delivery driver looking for long-term work.

Van Driver Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday + half-day Saturday (Saturdays paid on OT rate)


• 1-hour unpaid break (must return to depot, then go back on the road)


• £14.00 per hour (PAYE via Pertemps)


• Overtime paid after 48 hours at 1.3x rate

Van Driver Key Responsibilities
