Job summary

PlanetRecruitment client is seeking an energetic Luton van driver to deliver goods locally and ensure high standards. You will interact with customers on arrival and arrange nearby deliveries by phone or in person.

Role involves loading/unloading, heavy lifting, and keeping vehicles roadworthy with daily checks. Commute areas include Banbury and nearby towns; candidates should have a clean licence and be physically fit.

Qualifications

• Hold a Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Knowledge of driving a sprinter sized van would be advantageous.
• Able to deal with customers on a face to face basis.
• Manual handling of heavy items daily; requires good physical fitness.

Our client is looking for an energetic and motivated Luton Van driver to join their team deliveringgoods to their customers ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

The Role;

• Delivering goods across the local area.
• Speaking to customers face to face and over the telephone to arrange delivery when close.
• Hours potentially can vary dependent on different drops and routes.
• Unloading, storing, picking and loading, including heavy lifting ofcompany items.
• Ensure vehicles are in a safe condition, with daily road worthiness checks correctly completed before use, and are operated in a safe manner

Applicantsshould have some knowledge of driving Sprinter sized vans.

About you;
