Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited in Teesside is seeking a reliable Van Driver to join TPS. You will deliver and collect parts, build strong customer relationships, and identify additional sales opportunities, while providing excellent service and maintaining high operational standards.

Hours are 29 per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–14:30. You will hold a full, clean UK driving licence and work with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to sales and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Check orders to be delivered with the invoice, deal with anomalies and inform the Warehouse team.
• Load all invoice items onto the delivery van efficiently.
• Complete van sales delivery logs and whiteboard fully and accurately.
• Obtain authorised signatures and printed names from customers for all deliveries.
• Ensure receipts or payments are received for all deliveries.
• Collaborate with TPS colleagues to facilitate efficient delivery of parts.
• Drive safely and courteously, following Driver Behaviour guidelines.
• Return cash credits to customers per the Operations Manual.
