Job summary

GSF Car Parts in Wales is seeking a Van Controller to coordinate delivery runs, manage the driver team and ensure on-time deliveries while upholding customer service standards.

You will work to optimise routes within a 40-mile radius, train staff, and contribute to the company's growth as it expands across its nationwide network.

Job description

As a Van Controller within GSF Car Parts, you will play an important part in ensuring that we continue to commit to our sales promise by coordinating delivery runs and ensuring delivery drivers continuously provide excellent customer service. Main Duties include:

• Managing the driver team
• Co-ordinate delivery runs and orders in the most cost effective way
• Ensure vans deliver on time
• Control and Coordinate branch fleet maintenance and servicing
• Ensure the delivery team can deliver the branches customer service standards

Working hours: ## (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working
