Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
• Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Undertake general building services work including plumbing and drainage.
• Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system.
