Job summary

A family-run estate agency in England is seeking an experienced Valuer/Sales Manager to generate new business and oversee the sales process. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, motivating the sales team, and maximizing client satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a strong property sales background, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 plus a commission structure with significant earning potential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in property sales.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by contacting potential buyers and sellers.
  • Meet and greet clients to build relationships.

Salary – Basic £30,000 - £40,000 + Commission £70,000 - £80,000

Driver required – Pool car available

5-day week – Monday – Thursday 9am-6pm – Friday 9am – 5pm, Every other Saturday 9am – 5pm

Our client a family run, independent sales and lettings estate agency has been established as the market leading agent in Ashtead since 2009. Based on this they successfully expanded into other areas.

They are looking for an experienced Valuer/Sales Manager to join their team. With a great earning potential and scope for progression

  • Generating new business by contacting and forging relationships with potential buyers and sellers (Prospecting)
