Job summary

Barrington James is recruiting for a senior value and market access consultant to join a specialist firm serving biopharma and healthcare clients in the United Kingdom. You will shape evidence strategies, tackle reimbursement challenges and drive successful product launches with a hands‑on, collaborative team.

You will lead engagements, manage teams and client relationships, and contribute to business development and capability building in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting experience in value and market access.
• Proven experience leading multiple engagements, teams and client relationships.
• Strong primary research experience involving payers and KOLs and value‑strategy development.
• Knowledge of payer evidence requirements and European HTA frameworks.
• Experience contributing to proposals, account growth and follow‑on work generation.

• Generate insights, develop strategic recommendations and act as a senior subject‑matter expert.
• Lead and develop project teams; manage timelines, budgets, scope and deliverables.

• Conduct payer/KOL primary research independently.
• Develop payer value narratives and assess pricing, evidence and access scenarios.
