If you have experience in property valuation, lease management and property cost analysis, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring excellent analytical and organisational skills and be comfortable working with complex datasets, managing budgets and delivering professional property services.
You’ll have good IT skills and experience using spreadsheets and databases to manage and analyse information. Experience of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, would be beneficial.
We're particularly interested in people who can apply their technical knowledge effectively, work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to informed decision-making across the Council's property portfolio.
A professional qualification or working towards a membership with a recognised body such as RICS, RIBA or APM is desirable.
