Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking property consultancy to recruit an Associate / Partner level RICS Registered Valuer for their expanding valuation team in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected team with a strong pipeline of work across their alternative assets teams which includes leisure assets, medical properties, theatres, schools and a number of other alternative assets such as student and PBSA.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision‑making.

Conduct inspections, research, and prepare detailed valuation reports mainly using the RICS Profit method or The Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the alternate valuation sector.

Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region.

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally MRICS‑qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.
  • Good technical knowledge of DCF / Profit valuations and RICS standards.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
  • Full UK driving licence.
