Valuation Surveyor - Watford Office Based - Exceptional Salary plus bonus & Benefits

My client is a leading lender best known for its BTL, investment and development finance products in addition to competitive residential and second charge mortgages.

With considerable market share and an enviable reputation for staff welfare, they now seek an additional in-house valuation surveyor as follows:

• AssocRICS/MRICS qualified
• VRS beneficial but not essential
• Tech savvy, embracing new technology to provide the best service and reports possible
• Valuation experience as well as exposure to wider property inspection protocols
• Very low volume of jobs undertaken - approx. 2-3 per week
• Ongoing training in-house with multiple teams to enable a range of career progression options over time
• Happy to be office based in Watford
• Strictly NON-VOLUME focused
• Bonuses based on lender performance as opposed to individual surveyor output, affirming focus on quality over quantity

Suitable Valuers will come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in residential and/or commercial valuation.
