Associate Director - Partner

£55k - £75k base plus car

Oxfordshire/London/South East

Due to growth in the South West/South Wales, my client is seeking a Valuation Surveyor (Commercial) to cover Oxfordshire/London and the Southeast.

My client has a team of Registered Valuers who work with clients to provide tailored, commercial advice according to their needs. Their Valuers work closely with occupational, investment and development agency teams to keep advice current in an ever-evolving landscape.

This role focuses on assessing the market value of commercial properties, including retail spaces, office buildings, and industrial facilities. Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough site inspections
